Grapes in Salad? Really?

Yes really! When grapes hit a tangy dressing and spicy parmesan, BOOM! Your taste buds will have a party...
A yummy recipe that I just threw together, so I apologise no measurements on the ingredients with this one.

I did add some left over grilled calamari (optional) that were simply grilled in a skillet pan then dressed like a salad with lots of parsley, olive oil, white vinegar, salt and pepper. If you ensure there is a good coating of vinegar this will last in the fridge for a week, at the least (tastes better the day after you make it).


Make me a good salad using...
Good hand of fresh crispy lettuce, either go for the home grown kind, or a good butter lettuce
Cucumber sliced, if its the home grown variety, try not to remove the peel, keep it on
Crimson Grapes
Boiled Prawns 
Calamari (pre-made) *optional
Shaved Parmesan - Parmigiano Reggiano is one of the best, ask for it at the deli
Extra virgin olive oil, dijon mustard and balsamic dressing
Salt & Pepper 

A gorgeous Summer recipe that is fantastic for anyone that is time poor, or really can't be bothered slaving away in the kitchen after a hard days work!
